Service

RE:Murder provides fictional interactive mystery cases for personal entertainment. Purchased case access is licensed to the account holder and may not be redistributed or used to extract or publish story answers.

Accounts

Keep login details secure and provide accurate information. We may restrict accounts used for fraud, abuse, unauthorised access, or disruption of the service.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep owned cases available and preserve the version a player started. Maintenance and security incidents can cause interruption. Material terms changes will be communicated as required.

Liability

The final terms will set out the consumer guarantees, liability limits, dispute process, and governing law appropriate to the relevant jurisdiction.
